Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, quality of work life and work commitments on employee performance. The study was conducted at one of the tertiary institutions in East Java involving 60 employees as respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool to test the research hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables were proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the discussion and conclusions that have been described, it can be concluded that: Based on the results of the t-test it can be stated that Internal Control, Quality of Work and Employee Commitment have a significant effect partially on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, or the hypothesis is proven correct. Based on the results of the F test, it can be stated that the variables of Internal Control, Quality of Work and Employee Commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on the employee performance variable, accepted.
