Abstract

The progress of communication technology has finally been enjoyed and used by many companies. With the development of communication technology the company hopes that communication between employees is more effective and can quickly respond to messages or work orders. In a company the meaning o communication is very important role, the importance of a communication within the company is where when the command of the leadership can be spread widely using messages and information which will create a conducive work atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of openness, ketepatan waktu and sikap karyawan on the effectiveness of communication on the employees of PT Delta Grafika in Sidoarjo The sample in this study was 70 people according to the number of employees of PT Delta Grafika in Sidoarjo. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques are used to determine the effect of two or more independent variables on the dependent variable Based on the explanation in the previous chapter, the conclusions in this study are as follows: It is known that openness, ketepatan waktu and sikap karyawan influence simultaneously with the results of the F test calculation, it can be seen that the F count is 50.438> 2.744 and sig <0.05, that is, 000b < with a positive and significant influence which means that the three variables namely openness, ketepatan waktu and sikap karyawan have an important role in influencing the formation of communication effectiveness. Known openness, ketepatan waktu and sikap karyawan have a partial effect with the results of the T test calculation, it can be seen that the T count of each variable has a positive and significant direction, which means that each variable, namely openness, ketepatan waktu and sikap karyawan has an important role in influencing the formation of effective communication.
