Abstract

Creating good human resource management, not only paying attention to employee attitudes and behavior. But it is also inseparable from the internal factors of an employee itself, which is often referred to as Manajemen Mutu Terpadu. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Manajemen Mutu Terpadu on Job Satisfaction and Perilaku Karyawan at PT. Turangga Jaya Abadi Sidoarjo. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Turangga Jaya Abadi in Sidoarjo amounted to 103 people. The sample used is all employees of PT. Turangga Jaya Abadi in Sidoarjo amounted to 103 people. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the explanation in the previous chapter, the conclusions from this study are as follows: Focus on Consumers has a non-significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. Leadership has a significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. Everyone's involvement has a significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. The Process Approach has a significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. The System Approach to Management has a significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. Continuous improvement has a significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction The Decision Making Process Approach has a significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. Relationships with Suppliers with the principle of mutual benefit have a significant and positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. Consumer Focus (X1) has a significant and positive influence on Perilaku Karyawan. Leadership (X2) has a significant and positive influence on Perilaku Karyawan. Everyone's involvement (X3) does not have a significant and positive influence on Perilaku Karyawan. The Process Approach does not have a significant and positive effect on Perilaku Karyawan (OCB. The System Approach to Management has a significant and positive influence on Perilaku Karyawan. Continuous improvement does not have a significant and positive effect on Perilaku Karyawan (OCB ) Decision Making Process Approach does not have a significant and positive effect on Perilaku Karyawan. Relations with Suppliers with the principle of mutual benefit do not have a significant and positive influence on Perilaku Karyawan. Job Satisfaction has a significant influence and positive for Perilaku Karyawan.
