Abstract
Principal Leadership Style in Increasing Teacher Productivity in Surabaya Shafira Educational Institution. Thesis. Human Resource Management study program, STIE Yapan Surabaya 2019. This study aims to determine the leadership style of the Principal applied by the Principal and the forms of Teacher productivity in the Shafira Surabaya Educational Institution. With this type of qualitative research, the subjects of the study are principals and teachers, data collection using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.Data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion, using data validity techniques to record and document data carefully and openly, transparency regarding procedures in the field and things revealed, and comparing things achieved through methods interviews and observations, as well as researching the subjects, so that the resulting data is accurate.
