Abstract

Learning activities about personal financial management are very necessary for everyone, especially students. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of students at SMK Prapanca 2 Surabaya in class X on the role of the school's organizational climate, learning activities on personal financial management on learning outcomes. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires via Google form to 20 students. The results of data processing from the questionnaire referred to the Respondents' Level of Achievement index (TCR) to determine student perceptions of the three variables and used multiple linear regression to determine the role of organizational climate variables and learning personal financial management on learning outcomes. The results showed that the TCR on organizational climate and learning variables were categorized as good, while the TCR on learning outcomes variables were categorized as very good. In the t test, organizational climate variables and personal financial management learning variables partially affect learning outcomes. In the F test, two independent variables simultaneously influence learning out-comes. T
