Abstract
This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and training on employee performance and analyze the variables that have dominant influence on employee performance. The independent variable in this research is organizational culture and training, and the dependent variable is employee performance. Analytical techniques used using multiple linear regression analysis. Population in this research is employee of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sidoarjo which amounts to 60 employees, and sampling technique in this research use saturated sample. so that all members of the population are sampled. The Test analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on the partial test (Uji-t), the value of thitung organizational culture is 3,540 and the training 3,367 is bigger than ttabel (2,003), so it partially influence to the staff performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sidoarjo and result Ho decision rejected and Ha accepted. And based on data analysis in this research, through simultaneous test (Uji F) known that Fhitung> Ftabel (17,753 > 3,159), Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and stated that all independent variables are organizational culture variable and training variables together effect on performance. So that can be drawn conclusions of organizational culture and training partially and simultaneously have an effect on to the performance of Employee of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sidoarjo, and dominant variable influencing to performance is organizational culture and fulfill criteria Ho accepted and Ha rejected.
